This Privacy Policy explains how Voxycure Infotech (“Voxycure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you install or use the Meesho Supplier Autofill Chrome extension (“Extension”). The Extension may also be described as a Meesho auto-listing or supplier autofill tool.

The Extension allows Meesho suppliers to capture information they enter into supported Meesho supplier forms, save that information as reusable autofill profiles, synchronize profiles with their Voxycure account, and use saved profiles to complete similar forms later.

By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Extension.

1. Information We Process

The information processed by the Extension depends on the features you choose to use.

Account and authentication information

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your phone number when provided for your account, support request, or subscription checkout.
  • Your Voxycure user ID, account status, plan, subscription, and feature-access information.
  • Authentication tokens and session information used to keep you signed in.
  • Registration and password-reset verification information.
  • Login-related information, including login time, IP address, and browser user-agent information.
  • If you use Google Sign-In, information made available by Google within the requested openid, email, and profile scopes, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.

If you use email and password authentication, your password is transmitted securely to our authentication service. Voxycure account passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and are not stored in readable form.

Autofill profile information

When you activate capture mode and complete a supported Meesho supplier form, the Extension may capture the following information:

  • The name you assign to an autofill profile.
  • The value entered into a supported text field, text area, dropdown, select field, or editable text area.
  • A technical field selector used to locate the corresponding field when the profile is run later.
  • The field type, such as an input field or selection field.
  • The profile creation and modification dates.

Depending on the Meesho form and the information you enter, captured values may include product titles, descriptions, brands, categories, SKUs, prices, inventory information, sizes, dimensions, weights, manufacturing information, tax information, HSN-related information, or other listing and supplier-form values.

You control when capture mode starts, which fields you complete, whether you review the captured information, and whether you save the resulting profile.

Fields excluded from capture

The Extension is designed not to capture values from password fields, file-upload fields, hidden fields, buttons, image inputs, radio buttons, checkboxes, reset buttons, or submit buttons.

The Extension does not intentionally collect your Meesho password. You should not enter passwords, payment credentials, personal financial information, or other highly sensitive information into a normal text field while capture mode is active.

Meesho supplier information

While you are signed in to the Meesho Supplier Panel, the Extension may access limited seller information needed to identify the supplier account associated with a saved profile. This may include:

  • Supplier ID or another seller identifier.
  • Supplier identifier or supplier tag.
  • Supplier name and handle.
  • Supplier email address and phone number, when returned by Meesho.
  • GSTIN, when returned as part of the supplier information.

The Extension may read limited same-origin browser cookie values on Meesho Supplier Panel pages to identify the currently signed-in supplier and make an authorized request to Meesho’s supplier-information service.

Raw Meesho cookie contents are used locally for this purpose and are not sent to Voxycure. Only normalized supplier information, such as the fields listed above, may be sent to Voxycure when associating a saved autofill profile with your supplier account.

Support information

If you submit a support request through the Extension, we may collect:

  • Your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Your support message and information describing the issue.
  • Up to five PNG, JPEG, or WebP screenshots or images that you voluntarily attach.
  • The Extension name and version.
  • Limited platform, source, and diagnostic metadata.

Technical and service information

Our servers may automatically receive limited technical information when the Extension communicates with Voxycure services, including:

  • IP address and browser user-agent information.
  • Request date and time.
  • The requested API route and Extension feature.
  • Response status, errors, and diagnostic information.
  • Extension version and basic platform information.
  • Authentication, subscription, security, and feature-usage events needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How Capture Mode Works

The Extension does not continuously capture everything entered on Meesho. Form-field capture begins only after you activate the capture feature.

  1. You open a supported Meesho supplier form.
  2. You intentionally start capture mode from the Extension.
  3. The Extension records eligible fields as you complete them and leave or change each field.
  4. The captured fields are presented for review.
  5. The profile is synchronized with Voxycure only when you choose to save it.
  6. You can later select the saved profile and ask the Extension to fill matching fields.

Before you save a profile, its capture draft is generally maintained temporarily within the active Extension or page session. Cancelling capture, closing the relevant page, or restarting the Extension may remove an unsaved draft.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Extension. This includes:

  • Creating and managing your Voxycure account.
  • Authenticating you through Google Sign-In or email and password.
  • Maintaining your Extension session.
  • Capturing supported form values after you activate capture mode.
  • Creating, synchronizing, retrieving, editing, and deleting autofill profiles.
  • Associating an autofill profile with the appropriate Meesho supplier account.
  • Filling supported Meesho supplier fields when you run a saved profile.
  • Applying free-profile limits and premium feature access.
  • Managing plans, subscriptions, purchases, and checkout.
  • Displaying service notices and Extension-related announcements.
  • Processing and responding to support requests.
  • Detecting fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
  • Maintaining and improving Extension performance and reliability.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

4. Server Storage and Profile Synchronization

When you save an autofill profile, the profile is transmitted securely to the Voxycure API and associated with your account.

A saved profile may contain:

  • The profile name and internal profile identifier.
  • Captured form-field values.
  • Technical selectors used to locate matching fields.
  • Field-type information.
  • Associated supplier information.
  • Profile creation and update dates.

Server synchronization allows you to access your saved profiles after signing in and to use them across compatible browser sessions or devices.

Meesho autofill profiles are stored separately from Flipkart autofill profiles. A Voxycure account and certain subscription services may be shared across compatible Voxycure products, but the marketplace-specific profile records remain in their respective data stores.

5. Local Browser Storage

The Extension uses Chrome storage to save limited information required for its operation, including:

  • Your authentication token and session state.
  • Basic account information, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier.
  • Subscription, billing-access, and feature-limit information.
  • Cached Extension notices.
  • The identifier of the Meesho tab currently being used for an autofill operation.
  • Limited preferences or temporary state needed to operate the Extension.

Information stored locally remains on your device until it expires, is removed by the Extension, is cleared through your browser settings, or the Extension is uninstalled.

Uninstalling the Extension may remove locally stored Extension information, but it does not automatically delete profiles, account information, subscriptions, support requests, or other records stored on Voxycure servers.

6. Chrome Permission Justification

Storage permission

The storage permission is used to save authentication state, account information, subscription information, cached notices, temporary tab information, and limited Extension settings.

Identity permission

The identity permission is used to complete secure Google authentication through Chrome’s authentication flow. It is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking.

Side panel permission

The sidePanel permission is used to display the autofill profile manager beside the active Meesho supplier page. This allows you to capture, review, select, and run profiles without leaving the supplier form.

Access to https://supplier.meesho.com/* is required to:

  • Detect supported Meesho supplier forms.
  • Capture eligible values after you activate capture mode.
  • Locate matching form fields when you run an autofill profile.
  • Insert saved values into supported fields.
  • Identify the active supplier account.
  • Request limited supplier information from Meesho while you are signed in.

Voxycure API access

Access to https://api.voxycure.com/* is required for authentication, profile synchronization, supplier association, subscriptions, billing access, notices, support, security, and related account services.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, Meesho supplier information, or autofill profile data. We do not share this information with third parties for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated marketing.

Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, authentication, email-delivery, support, or other providers that help us operate the Extension.
  • Google authentication: When you choose Google Sign-In, information is exchanged with Google to complete authentication.
  • Meesho services: The Extension communicates with Meesho to identify your supplier account and operate the user-facing capture and autofill features requested by you.
  • Billing providers: Subscription and transaction information may be processed by our billing or payment provider when you purchase a plan.
  • Legal and security requirements: When reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users, maintain security, or defend our legal rights.
  • Business transfers: As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.

Payment-card, banking, UPI, or other payment credentials entered on a payment provider’s checkout page are processed by the applicable provider under its own privacy policy. The Extension does not directly collect or store complete payment-card or banking credentials.

8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information accessed or received by the Extension is used only to provide or improve its disclosed, user-facing supplier autofill functionality.

We do not use or transfer user data for personalized advertisements, advertising profiles, data brokerage, creditworthiness, lending purposes, or the sale of user data.

We do not allow humans to read user data unless we have obtained the user’s affirmative agreement for a specific purpose, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Extension, maintain your account and saved profiles, complete transactions, resolve support requests, protect our services, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

  • Saved autofill profiles: Retained while your account remains active or until you delete the profile or request deletion of your applicable account data.
  • Unsaved capture drafts: Generally held temporarily in the active Extension or page session and not synchronized with Voxycure unless you choose to save the profile.
  • Supplier information: May be retained while needed to associate saved profiles and services with the appropriate supplier account.
  • Authentication information: Sessions may remain stored until they expire, are revoked, you sign out, or they are removed for security reasons.
  • Subscription records: Subscription and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, support, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Support information: Support requests and voluntarily submitted attachments may be retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate support records.
  • Technical logs: Security and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period needed for monitoring, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until the backups are rotated or securely deleted.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These safeguards include secure HTTPS connections, authentication controls, access restrictions, password hashing, and service monitoring where appropriate.

No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your browser, Google account, Voxycure account, Meesho supplier account, and saved autofill profiles.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information associated with your account.

  • You can cancel capture mode without saving the profile.
  • You can review captured values before saving them.
  • You can edit or delete saved autofill profiles through the Extension.
  • You can sign out to remove the active local authentication session.
  • You can clear locally stored Extension information through Chrome settings.
  • You can uninstall the Extension at any time.
  • You can request deletion of applicable account, supplier, profile, subscription, support, or other personal information stored by Voxycure.

To submit a privacy or deletion request, email contact@voxycureinfotech.com or use our contact page. Include the Extension name, Meesho Supplier Autofill, and the email address associated with your account.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, taxation, legal compliance, transaction records, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

12. Advertising and Tracking

The Extension does not inject third-party advertisements, sponsored content, or affiliate links into Meesho supplier pages.

We do not track your activity across unrelated websites and do not use supplier information or autofill profile data for targeted advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is a business tool intended for Meesho suppliers and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with third-party services such as Meesho, Google, and billing, payment, email, hosting, or infrastructure providers. Their processing of information is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Voxycure does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of third-party services.

Meesho Supplier Autofill is an independently developed tool. “Meesho” and related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voxycure Infotech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meesho.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Extension features, permissions, data practices, service providers, legal requirements, or Chrome Web Store policies change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

If a change materially affects how the Extension collects, uses, or shares information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law or platform policy.
