This Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy explains how VoxyCure Infotech (“VoxyCure”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) displays advertisements in our Chrome extensions, how advertising interactions may be measured, and how advertisers can contact us for advertising opportunities.

This policy applies to advertisements displayed through the following Chrome extensions:

1. About Advertisements in Our Extensions

Some VoxyCure extensions may display advertisements, sponsored banners, promotional images, product offers, or business announcements. These advertisements help us maintain, support, and improve our extensions.

Our advertisements are managed directly by VoxyCure Infotech. We do not currently use Google AdSense or another third-party advertising network to automatically serve advertisements inside our extensions.

Advertisements may promote VoxyCure products and services or products and services offered by third-party advertisers who have arranged an advertising campaign directly with us.

2. Advertisement Identification

Advertisements displayed inside our extensions are identified using an information icon and wording such as “Ads by VoxyCure”, “Advertisement”, “Sponsored”, or similar disclosure.

The purpose of this label is to help users clearly distinguish advertisements from the main features, tools, buttons, reports, and other functional content of the extension.

Clicking the information icon or the “Ads by VoxyCure” disclosure may direct users to this Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy.

3. Voluntary Advertisement Interaction

Interacting with an advertisement is optional. Users are not required to click an advertisement to continue using the normal features of our extensions, except where a clearly described sponsored feature or offer specifically requires interaction.

When a user clicks an advertisement, the link may open the advertiser’s website, product page, contact page, marketplace listing, WhatsApp account, application, or another external destination in a new browser tab.

An advertising link may first pass through a VoxyCure-controlled tracking or redirection URL so that we can record the click before sending the user to the final destination.

4. Advertising Information We May Collect

To operate our advertising service, prevent fraudulent activity, and provide campaign performance reports, we may collect limited information when an advertisement is displayed or clicked.

This information may include:

  • The advertisement or campaign identification number.
  • The name of the VoxyCure extension in which the advertisement appeared.
  • The version of the extension being used.
  • The location or advertising placement inside the extension.
  • The date and time when the advertisement was displayed or clicked.
  • The destination URL associated with the advertisement.
  • Basic technical information such as browser version, operating system, and general device type.
  • Internet Protocol address and standard server log information used for security, fraud prevention, and approximate regional reporting.
  • Whether an advertisement was displayed, clicked, or successfully redirected.

We may combine this information to calculate advertising statistics such as total impressions, total clicks, click-through rate, campaign date range, and general campaign performance.

5. Information We Do Not Collect for Advertising

We do not use advertisements to intentionally collect or monitor:

  • Passwords, authentication credentials, or one-time passwords.
  • Credit card, debit card, bank account, or payment information.
  • Private messages, emails, or communications.
  • Information entered into forms that is unrelated to an advertisement.
  • Private Meesho seller account information for advertising purposes.
  • Product prices, orders, customer information, or business reports for advertising purposes.
  • A user’s unrelated browsing history, searches, or websites visited outside the advertising interaction.
  • Sensitive personal information for personalised advertising.

We do not create an advertising profile based on a user’s private browsing history. Advertisements may be selected contextually based on the extension being used or the location of the advertisement inside the extension.

6. How Advertising Information Is Used

Advertising interaction information may be used to:

  • Display and operate advertisements inside our extensions.
  • Measure advertisement impressions and clicks.
  • Confirm that users were redirected to the correct destination.
  • Calculate campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Identify invalid, automated, repeated, or fraudulent clicks.
  • Improve advertisement placement and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with advertisements or redirects.
  • Protect VoxyCure, our users, and advertisers from misuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

7. Information Shared With Advertisers

Advertisers may receive aggregated campaign reports containing information such as total impressions, total clicks, click-through rate, campaign duration, advertisement placement, and general performance information.

We do not sell, rent, or provide users’ private extension data, personal browsing history, passwords, order information, or individual user profiles to advertisers.

Unless a user voluntarily contacts an advertiser or submits information on the advertiser’s website, advertisers do not receive the user’s name, email address, telephone number, or other directly identifying information from VoxyCure.

8. Third-Party Websites and Advertisers

After clicking an advertisement, users may be redirected to a website or service that is not controlled by VoxyCure. The advertiser or website operator may have its own privacy policy, terms and conditions, cookie policy, refund policy, and data collection practices.

VoxyCure is not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, content, products, services, pricing, claims, delivery, refunds, or customer support provided by third-party advertisers.

Users should review the advertiser’s policies and independently verify an offer before submitting personal information, making a payment, or purchasing a product or service.

9. No Endorsement or Partnership

The display of an advertisement does not automatically mean that VoxyCure endorses, guarantees, certifies, or recommends the advertiser, product, service, claim, or offer.

Advertisements displayed in our extensions are not endorsed by Google, Google Chrome, the Chrome Web Store, Meesho, or any other marketplace or platform unless such endorsement is expressly stated by the relevant organisation.

10. Advertising Content Standards

We reserve the right to review, reject, pause, remove, or discontinue any advertisement that we believe may be misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, unsafe, technically harmful, or inconsistent with our policies or applicable platform requirements.

We generally do not accept advertisements that promote:

  • Illegal products, services, or activities.
  • Malware, spyware, phishing, hacking, or deceptive software.
  • Misleading income, investment, employment, or business claims.
  • Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorised products.
  • Adult or sexually explicit content.
  • Weapons, explosives, tobacco, illegal drugs, or restricted substances.
  • Real-money gambling or unlawful betting services.
  • Discrimination, hatred, violence, harassment, or harmful content.
  • False discounts, fake urgency, impersonation, or misleading buttons.
  • Products or services that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisement, landing page, product, service, claims, licences, and business activities comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

11. Affiliate and Tracking Links

Some advertisements may contain tracking parameters that help identify clicks or conversions. Where an advertisement is part of an affiliate, referral, commission, or performance-based arrangement, we may receive compensation when a user clicks, registers, purchases, or completes another specified action.

We will not intentionally insert or activate an affiliate link, code, or cookie without a relevant user interaction, such as the user voluntarily clicking a clearly identified advertisement or promotional offer.

12. Data Retention

Raw advertisement event logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for campaign reporting, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. We generally retain raw advertising interaction records for up to 180 days.

Aggregated or anonymised campaign reports that do not directly identify an individual may be retained for a longer period for accounting, reporting, service improvement, and historical comparison.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect advertising information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission, browser extension, server, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. User Choices and Requests

Users are not required to click advertisements. A user may close, ignore, or avoid interacting with an advertisement while continuing to use the extension’s available features.

Users may contact us to ask questions about advertising data or request deletion of advertising interaction information that can reasonably be connected to them. We may request details such as the approximate click date, extension name, advertisement, or technical information to locate the relevant record.

15. Report an Advertisement

If you believe an advertisement is misleading, inappropriate, unsafe, broken, fraudulent, or violates this policy, please contact us and provide a screenshot or description of the advertisement.

16. Advertise With VoxyCure

Businesses, service providers, software companies, ecommerce solution providers, suppliers, and other organisations interested in advertising through VoxyCure extensions may contact us to discuss available advertising placements.

Advertising availability, pricing, campaign duration, banner dimensions, target extension, number of placements, reporting, payment requirements, and other campaign conditions will be communicated separately.

All advertisements are subject to review and approval by VoxyCure. Submission of an advertising request does not guarantee acceptance or placement.

We do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, enquiries, registrations, sales, downloads, conversions, or other business results unless specifically agreed in writing.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy when we change our advertising practices, introduce new advertising features, update tracking methods, or need to comply with legal or platform requirements.

The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we may also provide an additional notice inside our extensions or through another appropriate communication method.
