This Privacy Policy explains how Voxycure Infotech (“Voxycure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you install or use the Flipkart Auto Listing Chrome extension (“Extension”).

The Extension allows Flipkart sellers to scan supported catalogue forms, capture listing-field values, save reusable autofill profiles, synchronize profiles with their Voxycure account, import or export profiles, and use saved profiles to complete similar Flipkart listings.

By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Extension.

1. Information We Process

The information processed by the Extension depends on the features you choose to use.

Account and authentication information

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your phone number when provided for your account or subscription checkout.
  • Your Voxycure account identifier, account status, plan, subscription, and feature-access information.
  • Authentication tokens and session information used to keep you signed in.
  • Registration and password-reset verification information.
  • Login-related information such as the date and time of authentication.
  • If you use Google Sign-In, information made available by Google within the requested openid, email, and profile scopes, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.

If you use email and password authentication, your password is transmitted securely to our authentication service. Voxycure account passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and are not stored in readable form.

Captured Flipkart listing information

When you intentionally start capture mode on a supported Flipkart listing page, the Extension scans eligible catalogue form fields and may capture information already present in those fields or entered while capture mode is active.

Captured information may include:

  • The name you assign to an autofill profile.
  • Text, number, text-area, dropdown, combobox, multi-select, tag, checkbox, and radio-field values.
  • Seller SKU and listing-status information.
  • Product title, description, additional description, brand, category, and product-detail information.
  • MRP, selling price, stock, inventory, minimum-order, and procurement information.
  • Shipping, fulfilment, package, weight, and product-dimension information.
  • HSN, tax, GST-related, manufacturer, packer, importer, and country-of-origin information.
  • Variation, size, colour, attribute, and other catalogue information.
  • Technical field locators, labels, section names, element types, and selectors used to find the correct field during a future autofill operation.
  • The URL of the source listing page when retained as part of a local or exported profile.
  • Profile creation and modification dates.

The precise information captured depends on the Flipkart catalogue form, the fields visible on the page, and the values entered or selected by you.

Fields excluded or restricted from capture

The Extension is designed to exclude file-upload fields, hidden fields, submit buttons, reset buttons, image buttons, login controls, search fields, CAPTCHA fields, OTP fields, and password-related fields from catalogue-profile capture.

The Extension does not intentionally collect your Flipkart username, password, OTP, CAPTCHA response, or payment credentials. You should not enter passwords, OTPs, banking information, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information into ordinary catalogue text fields while capture mode is active.

The Extension does not capture the binary contents of images or other files selected through file-upload controls. You must upload product images directly through Flipkart’s own interface.

Imported and exported profile information

The Extension allows you to import or export autofill profiles in JSON format.

  • An imported file may contain profile names, listing values, field labels, technical locators, source-page information, and creation or update dates.
  • Imported profiles are processed only after you select a JSON file.
  • Imported profiles may be synchronized with your Voxycure account.
  • Exported JSON files contain the profile information selected for export and are downloaded to your device.
  • You are responsible for securely storing, sharing, and deleting exported profile files.

Technical and service information

Our servers may automatically receive limited technical information when the Extension communicates with Voxycure services, including:

  • IP address and browser user-agent information.
  • Request date and time.
  • The requested API route or Extension feature.
  • Response status, errors, and diagnostic information.
  • Extension version and basic platform information.
  • Authentication, subscription, security, and feature-usage events required to operate and protect the service.

2. How Capture Mode Works

The Extension does not continuously save everything entered on Flipkart. Profile capture begins when you intentionally activate the capture feature on a supported listing page.

  1. You open a supported Flipkart catalogue or single-listing form.
  2. You select the Extension’s capture option.
  3. The Extension scans eligible listing fields and may record their current values.
  4. The Extension monitors supported field changes while capture mode remains active.
  5. You can review and edit the captured values.
  6. You provide a profile name and choose to save the profile.
  7. The saved profile can later be used to fill matching fields on a supported Flipkart listing form.

An unsaved capture draft is generally held temporarily within the active page or Extension session. Cancelling capture clears the active capture draft. Closing or reloading the relevant page may also remove an unsaved draft.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Extension. This includes:

  • Creating and managing your Voxycure account.
  • Authenticating you through Google Sign-In or email and password.
  • Maintaining your Extension session.
  • Detecting supported Flipkart catalogue and listing pages.
  • Scanning and capturing eligible fields after you activate capture mode.
  • Creating, retrieving, editing, renaming, duplicating, importing, exporting, and deleting profiles.
  • Synchronizing profiles with your Voxycure account.
  • Locating matching Flipkart fields when you run an autofill profile.
  • Inserting saved values into supported Flipkart listing fields.
  • Applying free-profile limits and premium feature access.
  • Managing plans, subscriptions, purchases, and checkout.
  • Detecting fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
  • Maintaining and improving Extension performance and reliability.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

4. Server Storage and Profile Synchronization

When you save or import an autofill profile, the profile may be transmitted securely to the Voxycure API and associated with your account.

A server-synchronized profile may contain:

  • The profile name and internal profile identifier.
  • Captured listing-field values.
  • Field labels and field types.
  • Technical selectors and locators used to find matching fields.
  • Catalogue section and grouping information.
  • Profile creation and update dates.

Server synchronization allows you to retrieve saved profiles after signing in and use them across compatible browser sessions or devices.

Flipkart Auto Listing profiles are stored separately from Meesho Supplier Autofill profiles. Your general Voxycure account may be shared across Voxycure services, but Flipkart and Meesho autofill profile records use separate marketplace-specific storage.

5. Local Browser Storage

The Extension uses Chrome storage to save limited information required for its operation. Depending on the Extension version and features used, locally stored information may include:

  • Your authentication token and session state.
  • Basic account information such as your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier.
  • Your subscription, billing-access, and profile-limit information.
  • Saved or cached autofill profiles.
  • The last selected profile.
  • Temporary capture and autofill state.
  • Limited preferences required to operate the Extension.

Locally stored information remains on your device until it expires, is removed by the Extension, is cleared through your browser settings, or the Extension is uninstalled.

Uninstalling the Extension may remove locally stored information, but it does not automatically delete profiles, account information, subscriptions, or transaction records stored on Voxycure servers.

6. Chrome Permission Justification

Storage permission

The storage permission is used to save authentication state, basic account details, subscription information, cached or local profiles, the last selected profile, preferences, and temporary Extension state.

Identity permission

The identity permission is used to complete secure Google authentication through Chrome’s authentication flow. It is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking.

Side panel permission

The sidePanel permission is used to display the profile manager beside the active Flipkart page. This allows you to capture, review, select, import, export, and run profiles without leaving the listing form.

Flipkart host access

Access to https://*.flipkart.com/* is used to:

  • Determine whether the current page contains a supported Flipkart listing form.
  • Scan eligible listing fields after you activate capture mode.
  • Read eligible field values for the profile you request to create.
  • Detect changes to supported fields while capture mode is active.
  • Locate matching fields when you run a saved profile.
  • Insert saved profile values into supported listing fields.
  • Display the Extension’s controls and status information.

This permission is not used to collect your general browsing history or monitor activity unrelated to the Extension’s disclosed auto-listing functionality.

Voxycure host access

Access to https://*.voxycure.com/* is required for authentication, profile synchronization, subscription verification, billing access, security, configuration, and related account services.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or autofill profile data. We do not share this information with third parties for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated marketing.

Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, authentication, email-delivery, or other providers that help us operate the Extension.
  • Google authentication: When you choose Google Sign-In, information is exchanged with Google to complete authentication.
  • Flipkart services: Saved values are inserted into Flipkart listing forms only when you request the Extension to run an autofill profile.
  • Billing providers: Subscription and transaction information may be processed by our billing or payment provider when you purchase a plan.
  • Legal and security requirements: When reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users, maintain security, or defend our legal rights.
  • Business transfers: As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.

Payment-card, banking, UPI, or other payment credentials entered on a payment provider’s checkout page are processed by the applicable provider under its own privacy policy. The Extension does not directly collect or store complete payment-card or banking credentials.

8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information accessed or received by the Extension is used only to provide or improve its disclosed, user-facing Flipkart auto-listing and profile-management functionality.

We do not use or transfer user data for personalized advertisements, advertising profiles, data brokerage, creditworthiness, lending purposes, or the sale of user data.

We do not allow humans to read user data unless we have obtained the user’s affirmative agreement for a specific purpose, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Extension, maintain your account and saved profiles, complete transactions, protect our services, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

  • Saved autofill profiles: Retained while your account remains active or until you delete the profile or request deletion of your applicable account data.
  • Unsaved capture drafts: Generally held temporarily within the active page or Extension session and not synchronized unless you choose to save the profile.
  • Imported profiles: Retained in the same manner as profiles created directly through the Extension after they are imported and saved.
  • Exported profiles: Stored on your device until you move or delete the downloaded JSON file. Voxycure does not control the retention of files stored on your device.
  • Authentication information: Sessions may remain stored until they expire, are revoked, you sign out, or they are removed for security reasons.
  • Subscription records: Subscription and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, support, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Technical logs: Security and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period needed for monitoring, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are rotated or securely deleted.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These safeguards include secure HTTPS connections, authentication controls, access restrictions, password hashing, and service monitoring where appropriate.

No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your browser, Google account, Voxycure account, Flipkart seller account, saved profiles, and exported JSON files.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information associated with your account.

  • You can cancel capture mode without saving the profile.
  • You can review and edit captured values before saving them.
  • You can rename, duplicate, edit, export, or delete saved profiles.
  • You can sign out to remove the active local authentication session.
  • You can clear locally stored Extension information through Chrome settings.
  • You can uninstall the Extension at any time.
  • You can request deletion of applicable account, profile, subscription, transaction, or other personal information stored by Voxycure.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, taxation, legal compliance, transaction records, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

12. Advertising and Tracking

The Extension does not inject third-party advertisements, sponsored content, or affiliate links into Flipkart pages.

We do not track your activity across unrelated websites and do not use seller information or autofill profile data for targeted advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is a business tool intended for Flipkart sellers and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with third-party services such as Flipkart, Google, and billing, payment, email, hosting, or infrastructure providers. Their processing of information is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Voxycure does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of third-party services.

Flipkart Auto Listing is an independently developed tool. “Flipkart” and related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voxycure Infotech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Flipkart.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Extension features, permissions, data practices, service providers, legal requirements, or Chrome Web Store policies change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

If a change materially affects how the Extension collects, uses, or shares information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law or platform policy.
