This Privacy Policy explains how Voxycure Infotech (“Voxycure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you install or use the Flipkart Seller Analytics Chrome extension (“Extension”).

The Extension allows Flipkart sellers to upload an original Flipkart Orders Profit & Loss workbook and generate analytics concerning orders, returns, settlements, fees, product costs, and profit or loss.

By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Extension.

1. Information We Process

The information processed by the Extension depends on the features you choose to use.

Account and authentication information

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your phone number when provided for your account, support request, or subscription.
  • Your Voxycure account identifier, account status, plan, subscription, and feature-access information.
  • Authentication tokens and session information needed to keep you signed in.
  • Login activity, such as the date and time of authentication.
  • If you use Google Sign-In, information made available by Google within the requested openid, email, and profile scopes, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.

If you use email and password authentication, your password is transmitted securely to our authentication service. Passwords for Voxycure accounts are stored as cryptographic hashes and are not stored in readable form.

Flipkart workbook information

When you choose to upload a Flipkart Profit & Loss XLSX workbook, the Extension sends that workbook to the Voxycure API for processing. Depending on the contents of the workbook, the information may include:

  • Order dates, order IDs, and order-item IDs.
  • SKU and product-related identifiers.
  • Fulfilment type and payment mode.
  • Order, delivery, cancellation, return, and RTO status.
  • Gross, sold, returned, cancelled, and pending quantities.
  • Order values, net sales, seller discounts, and net earnings.
  • Commission, collection, fixed, packing, shipping, reverse-shipping, and other marketplace fees.
  • GST, TCS, TDS, input-tax-credit, benefit, reward, and SPF payout values included in the workbook.
  • Projected settlement, amount settled, and amount pending.
  • Other business and financial information included in the Orders P&L sheet that is required to generate the requested analytics.

The Extension accepts only the workbook you voluntarily select. It does not automatically upload files from your computer.

Generated analytics information

We generate and may store information derived from your uploaded workbook, including:

  • Order, delivery, cancellation, customer-return, and RTO summaries.
  • SKU-level order and performance analytics.
  • Sales, marketplace-fee, settlement, and expense summaries.
  • Product-cost and cost-of-goods calculations.
  • Estimated or calculated profit and loss.
  • Report date range, original filename, report creation date, and report identifier.
  • Order or item identifiers needed to present report details.
  • Lists of SKUs for which product-cost information is missing.

Product-cost information

When you add a product cost, we store the SKU and cost per item under your Voxycure account. Product costs are stored in a central product-cost table and may be reused in future analytics reports or other compatible Voxycure seller-analytics products connected to the same account.

Support information

When you submit a support request through the Extension, we may collect:

  • Your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Your support message and information describing the problem.
  • Up to five PNG, JPEG, or WebP screenshots or images that you voluntarily attach.
  • Extension name, Extension version, source information, and limited diagnostic metadata.

Technical and service information

Our servers may automatically receive limited technical information when the Extension communicates with Voxycure services, including:

  • IP address and browser user-agent information.
  • Request date and time.
  • Requested API route and feature.
  • Response status, errors, and diagnostic information.
  • Extension version and basic platform information.
  • Security, authentication, subscription, and feature-usage events needed to operate and protect the service.

2. Information We Do Not Collect Automatically

The Extension does not ask for, collect, or store your Flipkart username, Flipkart password, or Seller Hub login credentials.

The Extension displays its user interface on supported Flipkart Seller Hub pages. It does not automatically scrape or upload your Flipkart Seller Hub account information, page content, browsing history, or reports. A workbook is processed only after you select the file and request the Extension to generate analytics.

We do not collect information about websites you visit outside the Extension’s supported and disclosed functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Extension. This includes:

  • Authenticating your Voxycure account.
  • Supporting Google Sign-In and email/password sign-in.
  • Maintaining your Extension session.
  • Uploading and processing the Flipkart Orders P&L workbook selected by you.
  • Generating order, SKU, return, settlement, expense, and profit-and-loss analytics.
  • Saving generated analytics so you can view your latest report and report history.
  • Saving and applying product costs to calculate cost-adjusted profit or loss.
  • Identifying SKUs that do not have a saved product cost.
  • Managing plans, free trials, subscriptions, purchases, and feature access.
  • Opening a trusted Voxycure billing page when you choose to purchase a plan.
  • Processing and responding to support requests.
  • Detecting fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
  • Maintaining and improving the Extension’s performance and reliability.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

4. Workbook Processing and Storage

Your selected Flipkart Orders P&L workbook is securely uploaded to the Voxycure API so the requested analytics can be generated.

The original XLSX workbook is stored in a temporary working directory during processing. The Extension’s server is designed to delete the temporary workbook and working directory promptly after processing finishes or fails.

We may retain the original filename and the analytics results derived from the workbook. The stored analytics may include order identifiers, SKU information, quantities, status information, financial values, settlements, expenses, product costs, and calculated profit or loss.

Saving the generated analytics allows you to access your latest report and review previous reports without uploading the same workbook again.

5. Local Browser Storage

The Extension uses Chrome’s local storage capability to store limited information required for its operation, including:

  • Your authentication token and session state.
  • Basic account information, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier.
  • Your current Flipkart Seller Analytics plan and feature-access status.
  • Limited preferences or temporary state required to operate the Extension.

This information remains on your device until it expires, is removed by the Extension, is cleared through your browser settings, or the Extension is uninstalled. Uninstalling the Extension may remove locally stored data, but it does not automatically delete information associated with your Voxycure account or saved on our servers.

6. Chrome Permission Justification

Identity permission

The identity permission is used to complete secure Google authentication through Chrome’s authentication flow. It is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking.

Storage permission

The storage permission is used to store authentication state, basic account information, plan-access information, preferences, and limited temporary information needed for Extension functionality.

Tabs permission

The tabs permission is used to open a trusted Voxycure billing page in a new browser tab when you choose to start or manage a subscription. It is not used to collect your general browsing history.

Flipkart Seller Hub access

The Extension runs on https://seller.flipkart.com/* so it can display the Flipkart Seller Analytics interface within supported Seller Hub pages. The Extension does not collect your Flipkart login credentials.

Voxycure host access

Access to https://*.voxycure.com/* is required for account authentication, workbook uploads, analytics processing, report history, product costs, subscription verification, configuration, security, and support services.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, uploaded workbook data, or seller analytics. We do not share this information with third parties for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, data brokerage, profiling, or unrelated marketing.

Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, email-delivery, authentication, support, or other providers that help us operate the Extension.
  • Google authentication: When you choose Google Sign-In, information is exchanged with Google to complete authentication.
  • Billing providers: Subscription and transaction information may be processed by our billing or payment provider when you purchase a plan.
  • Legal and security requirements: When reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users, maintain security, or defend our legal rights.
  • Business transfers: As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.

Payment-card, banking, UPI, or other payment credentials entered on a third-party checkout page are processed by the applicable payment provider under its own privacy policy. The Extension does not directly collect or store complete payment-card or banking credentials.

8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information accessed or received by the Extension is used only to provide or improve its disclosed, user-facing seller analytics features.

We do not use or transfer user data for personalized advertisements, advertising profiles, data brokerage, creditworthiness, lending purposes, or the sale of user data.

We do not allow humans to read user data unless we have obtained the user’s affirmative agreement for a specific purpose, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Extension, maintain your account and report history, complete transactions, resolve support requests, protect our services, satisfy legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

  • Original workbooks: Uploaded XLSX workbooks are processed in a temporary working directory and are designed to be deleted promptly after processing completes or fails.
  • Generated reports: Derived analytics and report history may be retained while your account remains active or until you request deletion, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational requirements.
  • Product costs: Saved SKU and cost information may be retained while your account remains active or until you delete it or request account-data deletion.
  • Authentication information: Sessions may remain stored until they expire, are revoked, you sign out, or they are removed for security reasons.
  • Subscription records: Subscription and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, support, and legal compliance.
  • Support information: Support requests and voluntarily submitted attachments may be retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate support records.
  • Technical logs: Security and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period needed for monitoring, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until the backups are rotated or securely deleted.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These safeguards include secure HTTPS connections, authentication controls, access restrictions, password hashing, and service monitoring where appropriate.

No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your browser, Google account, Voxycure account, Flipkart Seller Hub account, and downloaded reports.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information associated with your account.

  • You may sign out of the Extension to remove the active local session.
  • You may clear locally stored Extension data through Chrome’s settings.
  • You may uninstall the Extension at any time.
  • You may delete individual saved product costs through the Extension.
  • You may request deletion of applicable account, report, product-cost, subscription, support, or other personal information stored by Voxycure.

To submit a privacy or deletion request, email contact@voxycureinfotech.com or use our contact page. Include the Extension name, Flipkart Seller Analytics, and the email address associated with your account.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, taxation, transaction records, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

12. Advertising and Tracking

The Extension does not inject third-party advertisements, sponsored content, or affiliate links into Flipkart Seller Hub pages.

We do not track your activity across unrelated websites and do not use workbook, seller, financial, or analytics information for targeted advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is a business tool intended for Flipkart sellers and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Services

The Extension may interact with third-party services such as Google and billing, payment, email, hosting, or infrastructure providers. Their processing of information is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Your Flipkart workbook originates from Flipkart Seller Hub. Flipkart’s collection and processing of information through its own websites and services are governed by Flipkart’s policies. Voxycure does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or availability of third-party services.

Flipkart Seller Analytics is an independently developed tool. “Flipkart” and related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voxycure Infotech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Flipkart.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Extension features, data practices, service providers, legal requirements, or Chrome Web Store policies change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

If a change materially affects how the Extension collects, uses, or shares information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law or platform policy.
