This Privacy Policy explains how Voxycure Infotech (“Voxycure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you install or use the Meesho Supplier Analytics Chrome extension (“Extension”).

The Extension provides order management, label tools, seller analytics, return and settlement analysis, catalogue and advertising insights, product-cost management, profit-and-loss calculations, and related tools for Meesho sellers.

By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Extension.

1. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, the Extension may process the following categories of information.

Account and authentication information

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your phone number, when provided for your profile, support, or subscription-related purposes.
  • Your Voxycure user ID, account status, plan, subscription, and feature-access information.
  • Authentication tokens and session information used to keep you signed in.
  • Registration and password-reset verification information.
  • If you use Google Sign-In, information made available by Google within the requested openid, email, and profile scopes, such as your Google account name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier.

If you create an account using a password, the password is transmitted securely and stored as a cryptographic hash. We do not store your password in readable form.

Meesho seller and business information

  • Supplier or seller name, supplier ID, seller ID, and related seller identifiers.
  • GST-related information made available on supported Meesho seller pages or in reports selected by you.
  • Order, sub-order, shipment, label, catalogue, SKU, inventory, return, RTO, claim, settlement, payout, advertising, campaign, sales, and performance information.
  • Product cost, pricing, quantity, revenue, expense, profit, loss, and other business-calculation information.
  • Meesho page content and response data needed to provide the Extension’s seller tools and analytics features.
  • Meesho authentication or session identifiers needed to make authorized requests to Meesho on your behalf while you are signed in.

The Extension does not ask for or intentionally collect your Meesho account password. It may access the session information already present in your browser when necessary to request seller information from Meesho for a feature you choose to use.

Files and content you provide

  • Order, GST, payment, settlement, label, CSV, XLSX, PDF, and similar files or file links that you select or request the Extension to process.
  • SKU cost information and analytics settings entered by you.
  • Support messages, your contact details, diagnostic metadata, and screenshots or image attachments you voluntarily submit.
  • Follow-shop, QR-scan, and label-analytics information when you enable or use those features.

Technical and usage information

  • Extension version, browser or platform information, requested feature, and basic diagnostic information.
  • IP address, user-agent information, request time, API route, response status, and security or error logs generated when communicating with our services.
  • Feature activity needed to administer plans, enforce feature access, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

We do not collect unrelated browsing history. The Extension is designed to operate on supported Meesho websites and Voxycure services. Website content and browsing-related information are accessed only when required to provide a user-facing Extension feature.

2. How We Use Information

We process information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Extension. This includes:

  • Creating and managing your Voxycure account.
  • Authenticating you through email/password or Google Sign-In.
  • Keeping you signed in and managing your Extension session.
  • Detecting your Meesho supplier account and retrieving information requested by you.
  • Managing orders, inventory, labels, settlements, payments, returns, RTOs, and claims.
  • Generating seller, order, SKU, catalogue, advertising, performance, and profit-and-loss analytics.
  • Saving analytics reports and making report history available to you.
  • Saving product costs, advertising thresholds, preferences, and related settings.
  • Sorting label files and generating requested label or SKU-count output.
  • Providing follow-shop, QR-scan, and label-analytics features.
  • Managing free trials, paid plans, subscriptions, checkout, and purchase status.
  • Responding to support requests and reviewing attachments voluntarily submitted by you.
  • Detecting fraud, misuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving Extension performance.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

3. Local Browser Storage

The Extension uses Chrome’s local storage capability to store information needed for its operation. Locally stored information may include:

  • Authentication tokens and basic account profile information.
  • Login or session state.
  • User preferences and Extension settings.
  • SKU information, grouping information, and product-related settings.
  • Label-sorting preferences.
  • Temporary analytics information and cached notices.

Information stored locally remains on your device unless it is removed by the Extension, deleted through your browser, or cleared when you uninstall the Extension. Uninstalling the Extension may remove locally stored Extension data, but it does not automatically delete information stored on our servers.

4. Server Communication and Storage

The Extension communicates with supported Meesho services and Voxycure services, including api.voxycure.com, using secure HTTPS connections where supported.

Information may be transmitted to and processed on our servers when necessary to:

  • Authenticate your account.
  • Verify your subscription and feature access.
  • Generate, store, and retrieve analytics reports.
  • Analyze order sheets, advertising campaigns, and business performance.
  • Store and manage product costs and analytics settings.
  • Sort labels and create downloadable output.
  • Operate follow-shop and QR analytics.
  • Process support requests and attachments.
  • Prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and maintain service security.

Some Extension features make requests directly to Meesho while you are signed in to your Meesho seller account. Other features send selected business information, files, or file links to Voxycure servers for processing. We limit this processing to information reasonably necessary for the feature requested by you.

5. Chrome Permission Justification

Identity permission

The identity permission is used to support secure Google authentication through Chrome’s authentication flow. It is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking.

Storage permission

The storage permission is used to save authentication state, preferences, Extension settings, SKU data, label-sorting settings, and limited temporary or cached information required for Extension functionality.

Meesho host access

Access to https://*.meesho.com/* is required so the Extension can operate on supported Meesho seller pages and access seller, order, catalogue, inventory, payment, return, claim, label, advertising, and performance information needed for the features selected by you.

Voxycure host access

Access to https://*.voxycure.com/* is required for account authentication, analytics processing, reports, product costs, subscriptions, label tools, configuration, security, and support services.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or Meesho seller data. We do not share this information with third parties for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, profiling, or unrelated marketing.

Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With hosting, infrastructure, email-delivery, authentication, security, storage, support, or payment-processing providers that help us operate the Extension and are permitted to process information only for the relevant service.
  • Google authentication: When you choose Google Sign-In, information is exchanged with Google to complete authentication.
  • Meesho services: The Extension communicates with Meesho to retrieve or manage information requested through user-facing features while you are signed in.
  • Billing providers: Subscription and transaction information may be processed by our billing or payment provider. Payment-card or banking credentials entered on a provider’s checkout page are handled by that provider under its own privacy policy and are not directly stored by the Extension.
  • Legal and security requirements: We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforceable governmental requests, protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, or defend our legal rights.
  • Business transfer: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and required notice or consent.

7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information accessed by the Extension is used only to provide or improve the Extension’s disclosed, user-facing seller analytics and management features. We do not use or transfer user data for personalized advertisements, advertising profiles, creditworthiness, lending purposes, or the sale of data.

We do not allow humans to read user data unless we have obtained the user’s affirmative agreement for a specific purpose, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, it is required by applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations as permitted by applicable policies.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Extension, maintain your account and requested report history, complete transactions, resolve support requests, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

  • Account, subscription, saved product-cost, settings, and analytics-report information may be retained while your account remains active and afterward where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or operational purposes.
  • Authentication sessions may remain stored until they expire, are revoked, you sign out, or they are removed for security reasons.
  • Support requests and voluntarily submitted attachments may be retained for as long as needed to address the request and maintain appropriate support records.
  • Original label uploads and generated label or count files are intended to be temporary and are generally retained for no longer than one day, unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, resolve a support issue, or comply with law.
  • Security and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period needed for monitoring, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are rotated or securely deleted.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These measures include secure network connections, access controls, password hashing, authentication controls, and service monitoring where appropriate.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your browser, Google account, Voxycure account, and Meesho seller account and for not sharing login or session access with unauthorized persons.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information associated with your account.

  • You may sign out to remove the active Extension session.
  • You may clear the Extension’s local data through your browser settings or uninstall the Extension.
  • You may update supported account information through available account features.
  • You may request deletion of applicable account-related, seller-related, analytics, support, or other personal information stored by Voxycure.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

11. Advertising and Tracking

The Extension does not inject third-party advertisements, sponsored content, or affiliate links into Meesho pages. We do not track your browsing activity on unrelated websites and do not use seller information for targeted advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is a business tool intended for Meesho sellers and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with third-party services such as Meesho, Google, and payment or infrastructure providers. Their processing of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Voxycure does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or security of third-party services.

Meesho Supplier Analytics is an independently developed tool. “Meesho” and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voxycure Infotech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meesho.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Extension features, data practices, service providers, legal requirements, or Chrome Web Store policies change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

If a change materially affects how the Extension collects, uses, or shares information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law or platform policy.
